Nova (she/her) serves as Technology / Operations Lead for the Central Florida Psychedelic Society. She holds a Master of Counseling Psychology with a focus on couples work and is currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. Nova is also a VP of Engineering Operations in the tech sector, drawing on over a decade of experience building global teams while still indulging her love of writing code.

Nova came into leadership through an unconventional path and has spent much of her career on the human side: hiring across cultures, building teams and trust, and creating systems that let people do their best work.

She brings systems thinking, close attention to detail, and deep care to counseling, with a particular interest in how expanded states of consciousness can deepen connection between partners.

Originally from Canada, Nova spent over a decade in California before making Orlando home. She believes healing happens in relationships, and that good community is something you build on purpose.
